About Me & My Approach
In my early years, I had the privilege of growing within two important schools of life: sports and art. Sports strengthen the body, while art opens the heart and soul. Along the way, I encountered a fascinating kaleidoscope of personalities — people who accompanied and inspired me.
Analyzing them, understanding them, and learning from them naturally led me to study psychology. Today, as a life and hypnosis coach, I guide people in their personal growth, helping them unlock their full potential and make use of their unique abilities.
Mental Health
At the University of Zurich, I gained a deep understanding of the complexity of the human body and mind. Core concepts such as development, cognition, and emotion, as well as the research methods used to study human behavior, shaped my academic journey over several semesters. I have always been particularly fascinated by neuroscience and the human brain — the intricate connection between body and mind, and the interplay between the immune system, the hormonal system, and the psyche.
Holistic Perspective
“A healthy body, a calm mind, and a home filled with love…”
Human beings are complex systems in which body, mind, and soul are inseparably connected and constantly influencing one another. When one element falls out of balance, it inevitably affects the others. My focus lies on holistic coaching, supporting people as a whole by addressing all aspects on multiple levels.
Physical Health
In my previous work as a health consultant, I supported people of all ages with a wide range of physical and psychological challenges. I provided education on various health conditions, gave recommendations for a balanced lifestyle and for relieving symptoms and showed how daily habits can positively influence overall well-being. I also referred clients to complementary treatment methods alongside conventional medicine. The most common topics were sleep, nutrition, movement, pain relief, and mental health.
Systemic & Solution-Oriented Coaching
My coaching sessions are based on a systemic and solution-focused approach. Systemic coaching considers the interactions between different areas of life (e.g., work, family, relationships) and the surrounding environment. It explores patterns, dynamics, and roles within a system to develop a deeper understanding and to open new perspectives for action.
My focus is on developing practical solutions aimed at strengthening existing resources and optimizing individual capabilities to promote positive, sustainable change.
Career & Professional Context
My coaching practice includes both personal and professional development. Through my experience in career and educational counseling for young people, I’ve learned how to identify and nurture individual potential. I’ve had the privilege of helping many clients discover their interests and strengths and take their next career steps, whether by choosing a suitable field of study or defining a new professional direction.
In my role as a Job Coach at the Kilchberg Sanatorium, I support individuals of all ages in returning to their workplaces, navigating job searches, overcoming professional challenges and preventing burnout.
Hypnosis
As a complementary or stand-alone method, the powerful technique of hypnosis is highly valuable. Hypnosis allows deep access to the subconscious mind, where many of our behavioral patterns and beliefs are rooted. Through hypnosis, blockages can be released, limiting thoughts overcome, and positive change anchored on a deeper level. This transformative process opens up new perspectives and experiences that pave the way toward a more fulfilling life.
